The Data We Collect
We receive only the information you enter in our forms — registration for a Practical Path (full name, phone number, email, selected Practical Path and time slot), contact, newsletter (email) or instructor application. The website has no account or password: no profile data is created or stored without your knowledge.
How We Use It
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Process your registration and organise your sessions
- Reply to your messages and requests
- Send you the newsletter, if you requested it
- Improve the platform and our Paths
Audience Measurement Tools
The website uses two measurement tools: Google Analytics 4 (visits) and the Meta Pixel (campaign performance). They process browsing data — pages viewed, device type and source — in aggregate, never the contents of your forms.
Cookies & Consent
On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Your choice is stored on your device — it is not sent to our servers. You can refuse: the website remains fully functional without measurement cookies.
Service Providers & Hosting
SPPT relies on technical service providers to operate: registrations for Practical Paths, contact messages and applications are recorded through Google (secure spreadsheets and email notifications), and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Each receives only what is strictly necessary for its function. We never sell or rent your data.
Data Security
All communications with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). The platform applies a strict content security policy, request rate limiting and anti-bot protections on every form — your submissions cannot be intercepted or diverted by third-party scripts.
Your Rights
Under Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have it corrected or deleted
- Object to its processing or withdraw your consent
