All Practical Path content, including videos, documents, simulations, 3D models and frameworks, is the exclusive intellectual property of SPPT or its system operators. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to access this content solely for personal learning. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Share, resell or transfer access to Practical Paths or content
- Record, download or reproduce video content without permission
- Use content for commercial or competitive purposes
- Engage in harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour
- Attempt to hack, breach or compromise platform security
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Learning Outcomes & Certification
SPPT focuses on building operational systems and executable skills, not certificates. At the end of the Practical Path, you receive documentation of your system expertise.
Payment & Refunds
Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout. Refund eligibility is determined on a per-Practical-Path basis and communicated during registration.
Limitation of Liability
SPPT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or business interruption.
